Our Senior Sevens team captured the inaugural Noel McHale Cup in Knockmore on Saturday last.

 In very wet and wintery conditions the team overcame Charlestown and Calry/St. Joseph's in the opening rounds before seeing off Aghamore in the Quarter Final: Tourlestrane 5-5 Aghamore 1-0, overcoming Ballin in the Semi final: Tourlestrane 3-7 Ballina 3-1 and finally defeating Bellmullet in a very intense final on a scoreline of 0-7 to 0-6. Team captain Diarmuid Dunne received the Noel McHale Cup and suits sponsored by Nippers Menswear, Ballina. 

Thank you to the Knockmore club for an invitation to great day of football. 

The team take on Ballaghaderreen tonight (Saturday the 6th of June) at 6pm in Ballaghaderren.

All supporters are welcome. Tea and sandwiches to be served after for all players and supporters.

County Champions 2015 

The team overcame Grange/Cliffoney in the decider on Tuesday last in Markievicz Park. 

Congratulations to Senior Ladies player Katie Walsh who was awarded the full forward position on the Tesco Division 3 Team of the League on Friday last in Croke Park.

Wishing the best of luck to the Sligo Senior Hurlers in the Lory Meagher Cup Final today in Croke Park.

Congratulations to underage player Ronan Lang who won the county hurling skills competition last weekend.

In what has been a very busy and successful few days for our club, all at Tourlestrane GAA club would like to wish every success to each of our players, members, supporters & neighbours who started their state exams on Wednesday last.  

Our U-14 boys played out a 4-5 to 4-5 draw with St. Pat's last night in Tourlestrane in round 7 of the Division 2 league. 

Our U-12 boys recorded a great win over St. John's in round 5 of the Division 1 league. They overcame their opposition on a score of 5-16 to 2-6. Our Division 4 team battled equally as hard and were unlucky to lose, 3-10 to 3-6.
