Our Senior mens team made it two wins in a row in the league with a round 2 victory over St. Molaise Gaels. After a great team performance, Tourlestrane ran out comfortable winners on a score line of 5-11 to 6points. The team are now preparing for their Kiernan Cup semi final tie with St. Marys, which will take place this Friday the  23rd of March under the lights in Tourlestrane at 8.30pm.
Our minor team lost out on their first minor league game of the season to Shamerock Gaels. With a number of our players not being able to play due to the colleges semi final at the weekend, our team showed some great football but lost out on a final score line of 1-8 to 3-16.The next game for the minors will be on Monday the 27th of March with an away game with St. Johns at 6.30.
The club would like to wish the very best of luck to St. Attracta's CS Senior Boys team who play in the All Ireland Colleges B Semi Final on Saturday. Our club is well represented on the team through Barry Walsh, Padraig Leonard, Aaron Murtagh, John Kelly, Cathal Henry, Andrew Kennedy, John Carr and Brian Walsh. Senior player Gary Gaughan is also part of the management team.
Good luck to Senior Player Brian Egan, former manager Anthony Brennan and the rest of the Sligo u21 team and management as they take on Letrim in the first round of the Connaught U-21 championship.
